Where available, Legal Hotline may help connect you with an independent solicitor, law firm, barrister, advocate, or other legal professional.
Participating legal professionals are independent. They are not employees or agents of Platfirm AI Pty Ltd.
We do not guarantee availability, acceptance of your matter, legal merit, or outcome.
Where paid consultations are available, the fee, duration, included services, and format will be shown before payment.
Unless stated otherwise, a consultation does not include document drafting, court or tribunal representation, filing, advocacy, negotiation, or ongoing legal work.
Any further legal work must be agreed directly with the legal professional.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another secure provider.
We do not collect or store full card details.

Legal Hotline is not itself authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the Bar Standards Board, the Faculty of Advocates, the Law Society of Scotland, the Law Society of Northern Ireland, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, or any other UK legal regulator unless expressly stated.
If you are connected with a regulated legal professional, that professional should provide their own regulatory, insurance, complaints, engagement, and costs information.
